Warranty

BNZ Flooring Company warrants the wood floor for a time of one year. Any claim for defects should be submitted in writing to BNZ Flooring Company and a specific description of the problem or service that is needed. The warranty covers only those manufacturing defects as specified herein, but does not include defects or damming attributable to normal weathering conditions, as normal weathering will cause any colored surface to gradually fade or darken, accident, vandalism, fire, flood, misuse, mildew, building settlement, wrong maintenance, or any other occurrences beyond BNZ flooring Company control.
