Whether you have existing hardwood floor or you want us
to install and refinish your wood floor, we are here to provide the flooring that
fit your home.
When we sand the new or existing
floor we do the highest quality job to make your floor the smoothest and leveled
it can be.
First, we inspect the wood floor for any moisture damage,
for example: cracks, cupping,
crowning, and bucking. This is one of the most
important step.
The floor is sanded few times with rough
paper, constantly cleaning the floor, we only remove as little of the surface as
is absolutely necessary! Hardwood floor 3/4 thick can be sanded and
refinish number of times. Then we fill the gaps and nail holes if
necessary, and we sand it again with fine sand paper. When ever we sand your
floor, we make sure the all the spots and damage been removed, if there is
damage that still remains, we can
repair the area if necessary.
We are using state of the art machines from "Lagler".
Our machines are the
most advanced dustless belt sanders on the
market today, resulting in an excellent smooth finish and
maintaining dustless environment. After proper inspection we're
finishing corners radiators and thresholds. Then we are cleaning the floor,
first with vacuum then with tack cloth. Next step
finishing.
